Large Diameter Slip On Flange(Large-bore SO Flange)is a cost-effective,easy-to-install piping connector designed for NPS 26–60(DN650–DN1500)large-diameter,low-to-moderate pressure pipeline systems.It features a low,plain hub with an oversized bore to slide over pipe ends,then fixed by double fillet welds(inner&outer),offering practicality and economy for non-critical large-bore applications.

Core Design&Structure

Slip-On Bore:Bore diameter slightly larger than pipe outer diameter,enabling easy sliding and alignment before welding.

Low Hub&Compact Body:Short,un-tapered hub reduces weight and space occupancy;simpler than WN flange,ideal for tight installations.

Double Fillet Welds:Inner and outer fillet welds secure the flange to the pipe,providing~two-thirds the strength of a weld neck flange.

Sealing Faces:Raised Face(RF,standard)or Flat Face(FF)for gasket sealing;RTJ optional for higher pressure variants.
