Forged Fittings

Forged fittings are high-strength integral pipe fittings formed by metal forging, which are specially developed for harsh industrial working conditions such as high pressure, high temperature, low temperature and strong corrosion. The forging process compacts the internal metal structure, eliminates loose pores and shrinkage cavities, and makes the overall compression resistance, torsion resistance and impact resistance far better than cast pipe fittings. Without welding splicing structure, the whole body has uniform stress distribution and will not be damaged by local stress concentration.

In terms of connection forms, forged fittings are mainly divided into threaded connection and socket weld connection. Threaded connection is easy to install and disassemble, convenient for later pipeline maintenance and pipeline transformation, and is widely used in small-bore instrument pipelines and hydraulic control pipelines. Socket weld connection adopts insertion welding, which has higher connection strength and better sealing performance, and is suitable for large-bore main pipelines and high-pressure process pipelines that require long-term operation without maintenance. All thread sizes and socket sizes are in line with international standards, with strong versatility and interchangeability.

Forged fittings have complete material grades to meet different environmental needs. Low-temperature carbon steel is suitable for low-temperature liquefied gas and cold storage pipeline systems; high-alloy stainless steel is suitable for strong corrosive media such as acid and alkali salt; heat-resistant alloy steel is used for high-temperature flue gas and steam pipelines. Each batch of forged fittings is accompanied by material test report, pressure test report and dimensional inspection report, providing complete quality certification documents for engineering acceptance.
