Buttweld Elbow

Buttweld Elbow is an essential pipe fitting designed to change the flow direction in industrial pipeline systems. It adopts a seamless buttweld structure and is widely used to connect straight pipes, enabling smooth turning, diversion and layout adjustment for liquid, gas and steam media. Common specifications include 45-degree, 90-degree and 180-degree types, covering standard radius and long radius designs to meet different pipeline space and flow requirements.

Made of premium carbon steel, stainless steel 304, 316 and alloy steel materials, the buttweld elbow features high structural strength, excellent pressure resistance and temperature resistance. The welding joint achieves full penetration, with good sealing performance and strong overall rigidity.
